So the doors to Verona have closed and it's now a case of utter chaos to break down the stand, drive the parts, bikes, clothing, great memories, hangovers, over fed bodies and what ever else has made it way back into the van and head for home and bring sone law and order back to the shop! Thanks to everyone who dropped by the stand in verona and also for everyone making out busiest ever sunday in the cafe!!! Good times!!!!

WOW, what a sky we have in Bournemouth this evening, its truly is ammmmmazing! We just wanted to drop this post on here to say a MASSIVE thankyou to everyone who swung by the stand in Verona today, (what a brilliant show its already turning out to be!!!!) AND also to let everyone know that the Showroom, cafe and tattoo studio are all open as normal this weekend, so with the sky like this tonight we are planning on a blinder of a weekend and hope to see you very soon, BRING IT ON!!!!!

No the clocks have not been woundback and nor do they need to be as this is our vision of what a lowrider shouldlook like - very Long, lean and low; 7/8” chromoly tubing throughout for thatunique Bay area Look and takes us back to our original roots and truly confirmsthat history does repeat itself! This really is one of our most anticipatedbuilds for many years and the result is exactly what we were hoping to achieve.Okay these may well be the worst photos that we have ever taken, but believe uswhen we say “This is what its all about”!!!!!

In our eyes the ‘FXRSS MkII’ isalready a true Battistini classic and we have not even laid the paint on yet.True craftsmanship in every single detail, with a hand crafted aluminium gastank and fenders that truly enhance the frames incredible finesse. An FXRDriveline with a 2.1 Total Performance Engine, 6 speed Baker gear box and Battistinisand Arlen Ness parts throughout ensures that this is as serious as they get!

Can’t make it to The VeronaMotorbike Expo this weekend? Well nor can some of us here in the shop either,says Anthony (really happy)!!! Well with that the case let us bring a slice ofthe Expo to you by introducing you to another rather special build that as soonas it was completed the other night was packed straight into the van to belaunched at the Expo this weekend.

This build is so new its even cometogether without a name, yet we self titled it ‘numero three’ (for obviousreasons) Well that’s until someone comes up with something better suited! Its acomplete Battistini ‘One-of-a-kind’ build that has pushed us to the limit in tryingto source some rather special surface treatment finishes and if you don’t mindus saying ourselves we think that we have pulled it off rather special withtrue British design and engineering at its best!

Wellwe are in the motorcycle industry and not the clothing one, however . . . . . .. . Its a new year and a new focus at trying to get everything kicked intoshape that we have been working on. First up is to get some of our t-shirtdesigns out of the computer and sketchbook and into reality alongside gettingre-runs of some of the older classic designs of t’s, jackets hoodies and therest!

Firstup is our “American Power - Italian Style” T-shirt. We have hit the ‘GO’ buttonand have these printed onto great fitting, high quality t-shirts in both blackand grey, covering all of the following sizes: S, M, L, XL, XXL. This is the visualof what is being printed as the actual product drop is first going via theVerona Bike Expo, Italy. As soon as we have them in our hands we will get someproper shots up here and have them for sale both in the shop and online. We thinkthat it will be from next wed (Dec 25^th) onwards, so watch thisspace and don’t miss out as we are sure that they will sell out rather quickly inall of the sizes that everyone wants!

Banning of motorcycles over 7yrs old inUrban areas. Clearly the EU intent to eradicate ALL motorcycles in the futureand this is the thin end of the wedge...nanny state at its worst and it must bestopped right now! So today the truck leaves for Verona 2012. This basically means a couple of things, packing more things into a van in the shortest space of time physically possible is usually one thing that occurs later in the day and raised blood pressures to an all time high!

Yet saying that the biggest challenge is trying to understand why the parts that once fitted together now don't fit on bike that has to be loaded!!!

Sometimes we look back at things we have done in the past and in truth don't know if they can be bettered. Yes trends, styles, colours, fads all do come and go over the years but in truth we still think that it would be hard to better out classic shop open/closed sign!

It's scary to think when this beauty was originally printed as in truth this has stood the test of time a lot better than a few of us here!

At times we do wander if we overcook it in terms of the surf, skate and action sport front rather than themotosickle one on this blog, but then again as we like all of them we doubtthat there can be to much harm in sharing some of the things that we arewatching when its just to dam wet to be out on the steed or to windy to risklife and be out in the shed wacking a hammer on some metal!
