WOW IS ALL WE CAN SAY!!!!!

What a real blinder of an evening we had last Saturday at Retro Revival!!!! Its actually taken us a full week to feel recovered enough to simply post up onto this very blog!

Like always ‘Retro Revival’ is only so good from all of your continued support. From everyone who attends, performs, brings a stall, plays in a band, and so the list really goes on! Well last Saturday we had our first Retro Revival at a great new venue and we wanted to ensure that it was our best one yet and thanks to you all it certainly was!!!!

A lack of updates can only mean one thing! BUSY BUSY BUSYness around the Battistinis Shop, café and workshops lately! In the last three days we have been able to go out on a ride wearing a t-shirt to now probably needing a kayak to get home in as its raining so dam heavy! Well going home is the last of our thoughts for the next couple of days as whilst we are not wrenching on the spanners all of our time is going into making our most anticipated ‘Battistinis Retro Revival’ ‘The Valentines Special’ which occurs this Saturday the very best one yet!!!!!!!

For everyone who has bought a ticket a massive thankyou goes out to all of you, we can’t wait to see you for one belter of an evening that we have planned! If its news to you that we host an event called ‘Retro Revival’ all we can say is that YOU HAVE BEEN MISSING OUT!

This event brings together an exquisite evening of true yesteryear 40’s & 50’s beauty and styling with a good old scoop of fun and giggles thrown in for good measure! Music, Burlesque dancing, trade stalls, custom bikes, hotrods, beer, food, tattoos, retro photo booth, the list really goes on of what occurs each nite!

Well the next event is our ‘MEGA CHRISTMAS SPECIAL’ and we have ‘The Regular Joes’ 11 piece Swing and Jive band’ playing all nite long!!!!

‘The Regular Joes’ specialize in the dance music of that jumpin', jivin' era inbetween the Big Bands and Rock 'n' Roll. Their unique (but not so secret!) recipe combines old-school R&B, Jump Blues, and classic Swing along with a tasty sprinkling of "The Rat Pack" to serve you up a swingin', dancin' treat!

Take our world for it this is going to be the BEST ‘Retro Revival’ yet, however if you want a slice of the action you better be quick as only ten days to go and only 30 tickets are remaining until it is completely sold out!!!!!!!

Its not really going to take a genius to work out that the outdoor thermo stat has been twisted down quite a bit lately but so to has our amount of updates. However here around the Battistinis workshops and showrooms we have actually currently been busier than the Wilileaks website as things really have been hotting up with a whole host of projects and happenings!!

With this the case If you are passing anytime soon its well worth dropping in as we have more stock and bikes for sale than ever before and also are building and customising what can only be described as a fleet of new rides for 2011, from the mild to the very very wild!
